Fwiw, made some sells after considering suggestions made here.

Sold utility SRE. Sold Brazilian utility CPL. Sold some NS, and will take the loss. Sold some AP for a loss.
(My partial sale may indicate a contrary-indicator buy opportunity (?) Plenty of cash to sustain the dividend while waiting for better times for this steel fabricator. finance.yahoo.com )

Sold bank FITB. (Instead, following Mr. Buffett, I continue to build position in Wells Fargo.)
