Stanley,

I saw the losses too and wondered about that. I think the data was
old. If I'm right, the red herring will show a different story. They
are probably getting their most recent numbers ready for that right now.
I'd like to call Montgomery Securities and ask for the syndicate desk
to get the prospectus. I'll post the highlights if I get it done.
