Motti, You may call the company to find out the amount of the deal,
but I don't know whether this is a public information.

When a stock is going down, nobody knows where is the bottom(well, not
exactly, I suppose that zero is the bottom). You just have to use your
judgement jump in @ a price which you think is worth your money. Happy Trading!
