The issues with TSA remain low return on investment and low comp store sales. Over a billion in sales last year and very little profit. The stores open with good inventory and then begin to run out of key items as the focus shifts to the next set of opening stores. New store sales people have no product knowledge since they have been so busy putting the store together. Besides how much can an 18 year old know about the products?
