Sonny, if you look at the following URL: tscn.com you will see that the rise was on very low volume, and at the top of the trading range some big chunks where traded without much price concession, but with no premium either, this looks more like smart distribution then accumulation to me. The fact remains that the stock has been making new lows not new highs and the chart is still sickly. My earlier target from late last year during the acquisition (under 11) has been reached, and now we are looking at how low will it go. From the fundamental point of view, they still need to service a massive debt load. Anyone can provide a rationale for the name change? At some point, (around 8 and possibly lower if they have few more losing quarters) this stock may become a compelling value as an acquisition target, but right now, my bearish forecast on this stock still stands.
