Well now i am having a real bad day. 144.5 ! and i sold in the upper 60's. Live and learn. I agree put this one away and forget about it. I seem to remember it paid a nice dividend to. When i had it Cardoso was very good about letting them increase rates, and with probally still under 20 lines per 100 people it has a long way to go. I WILL HAVE TO LOOK AT THIS AGAIN. thanks wayne
