Thanks for the new thread. We can all hooplah about profit-taking (or should I say profiteering?*) in Y2K stocks, but if this problem truly sizes-up to the fabled proportions, the performance of many other companies will be affected in the coming months/years. In my opinion, the economic implications of Y2K -above and beyond Y2K stocks themselves- merit the consideration of any investor.
