Well maybe you're older than I suspected. ( you remember Ovshinsky)- Have you invested in Dallas Semi (DS) ? Their iButton product is a fascinating product. ibutton.com I used to think they made only ROM/Clock chips ! I am also familiar with someone who's doing some consulting work for them. Can say no more. MM
