A corrected repetition follows. - COSTA MESA, Calif., Jan 21 (Reuters) - Apria Healthcare Group Inc said Wednesday it is actively considering a new proposal from Transworld HealthCare Inc [Nasdaq:TWHH - news] and Hyperion Partners II LP, as well as other proposals from other interested parties. Apria declined to give the terms of the new Transworld offers, but a spokeswoman for Transworld said it was an $18 per share merger proposal, including $13 in cash and $5 in equity in the newly merged company (corrects terms)
