I am curious about what sort of sources you have for information on this company. The announcement by PBGC caught my eye. My few dealings with Pacholder and Associates in these types of situations would suggest that the price at which they sold has nil to do with the worth of the company or its stock price. A quick look at the financials is not very encouraging. For a company that is 'upstream' they seem to have a couple of well-regarded brand names. I dropped by a local plant of theirs (sheet plastic). The receptionist seemed busy, and said business is good. The plant manager was totally paranoid, and refused to talk. Which is kind of unusual, but not unheard of at that level of management.

Do you know at what price PBGC sold their stock?
