I popped for a stack of shares in Keystone Energy in spite of the hype offered by FSS. Deregulation of electrical sources most assuredly will be an interesting ride. It does seem a little on the greasy side to be following FSS recomendations, or for Keystone to have hired these "Madams" to promote for them. Be that as it may, Keystone just may be in the perfect spot at the most opportune time. Somebody is going to make some serious money here in California, Keystone could pull it off, they seem to have the execs to do it. scottbankston
