With all the market fun these days, I haven't had a chance to do much research ... Except I went for dinner at 'Outback' another eatery in the chain. Impressive. So it appears to me they are covering quite a few bases with the casual Kelseys, Montanas cowboy/down home theme and Outback which is a little more pricey and upscale. This could be a winner. I'm definitely going to find some time to make a few inquires.
