Marcos - I'll look at your thread when I get a chance - I have noticed gas doing its own thing in relation to oil over the last while - I think the futures market in gas is largely north american and it makes sense in that it is a large land mass and gas is mostly transported overland. The current weakness may be due to the season - the end of the really hot weather and before the winter.

Quirk Creek - the deal is that GWX pays 20% to earn 15% - this type of leverage is fairly normal - as I remember it is is often much more - when one company owns the property - Shell in this case I think - and others come in to earn an interest - Esso and GWX here.

The stock is thin - my impression is that at 30cents an investor is paying for present production with all of the upside being valued at zero. The TSE listing may result in greater exposure, and hopefully lower the spreads. E
