Just around the corner from my house is a building called a bank. I have known several people who have had good business ideas and after they explained those ideas to the people who work inside the bank, those people signed some paper and the bank gave them the money to put those ideas in motion.
Now the bank will want to get their money back one day and they charge a nominal interest rate, but if your idea is sound, and if you don't have a history of not paying your bills, and if you have enough collateral, they will loan you the money.
