There should be a standby person or setup to take care of lunch and break times as well as illnesses. I called 1-800-824-6292 (number on their website) to order PMA, but it actually a pager number. Then, I called the main number and told them I wanna to order a copy of PMA. I was told that the person who can take my order was out to lunch! I'm not sure what all this means, but they certainly don't make it easy for someone like me to buy a copy of PMA. Also, they only have one person taking orders kinda worry me.
