SmartMoney.com has just published an in-depth article on The Internet Fund (WWWFX), definitely the best such article I've yet seen.
"Internet Babylon" by Danny Hakim on SmartMoney.com's front page.
Direct Link: smartmoney.com

Some interesting facts revealed: I) WWWFX assets grew an astounding 39,666% for the year, II) The fund truly is run out of somebody's bedroom, and III) Top 5 holdings (in order): CMGI, Yahoo!, DoubleClick, Lycos, Geocities. Of course, you already knew it was the #1 fund for 1998 (196%) and for 1yr ending january 13th (323%), etc....

It makes heavy mention of my site The Internet Fund Fan Club, as well as several quotes from me.

Danny Hakim recently wrote another great article:
"Battle of the Internet Indexes"
smartmoney.com

WWWFX's newest holding (I believe they announced it on their webpage Thursday morning), Bluefly (BFLY), increased sharply on Thursday despite a beating for the Net sector as a whole. And so far in intraday trading it's also the best performing stock for WWWFX's 25 listed stocks. Coincidence?
