What is your take on this merger. The way it stands today MDER closed at $2.50 US (roughly $3.60 Can). One share for every eight YFM would translate into a bid of approximately .45 for YFM. Plus you would have to assign some value to the warrants as a five year warrant would bound to have some time value. Looks interesting have you had any contact with company representatives.
