Carson, What do you see as the possible downside on this baby? Is the price already partially inflated with the whispers of this buyout...looking at the financials, it's not fantastic co. And not knowing much about their product, it doesn't appear to be anything earth-shattering. Appreciate your thoughts. Paulie
