It does not appear that they file with the sec. Typical bb! They really scare me when they donot report! We never really know how many shares are outstanding! From the report one can see that they have estimates for 99, but what about 98? they produce a report for rev and est earnings --then why not tell us the book value!! This pr firm in my opinion over hypes! Ofcourse the report comes out and the stock comes down-- reason ofcourse is that people knew it was coming so the;y loaded up on it!! Now it appears that they are stuck!! I see little reason to buy this garbage until I see sec filings, ownership, management control,98 numbers, debt, cash ect ect !!Even the Wall Street Whatever statement " The next Clearasil" Give me a brake!
