Reposted from another board. More reassurance of promising future.

David, go to www.bloomberg.com for a good chart on DWNS. The reason I don't give a lot of info
in these rooms is because as an officer of the company I am very leery about certain people's
motivation. Last week I sent a private and confidential letter to a PR firm we had been talking to
about helping us get the word out on the company, and the letter ended up on a chat board 15
minutes after I had sent it to the gentleman. I was angry as hell. My main concern is building a
company that is growing and profitable. That's why when we made the decision to seek out a
going concern, I chose to approach people doing business in the most profitable areas of the
internet. Gaming, sex and shopping – three of my favorite things.

The principles of Q-7 will be here on Monday the 22nd to close the deal. That's as soon as their
schedules and my attorney's could match up. Yet, its still on schedule with the last press release
(10-14 days after the audit was completed). As soon as the deal is done we plan on changing
the name of the company to Q-7 and will try to have it trading on the Frankfurt Exchange within 30
days after the merger - which we hope will give the stock a big boost. We already have a large
German PR firm that will be working with us over there, and we plan to engage 2-3 different
internet PR firms to help us here. But before we begin an extensive PR campaign, we need to
get the deal done. And trust me, there is a tremendous amount of negotiating and paper work
required (in addition to the audits which were done last week, copies of which are laying right
here beside me) to get one closed. However, barring plane crashes or other acts of God, it will
be closed by the 24th. Then, we will do everything we can to get the word out about the company.
I know its hard to be patient, but I am going as fast as I can – and we would appreciate any help
you could give us by telling people in other rooms and on other boards about the company. I am
doing the best I can to add value for my shareholders. So far I think they are pretty happy and I
can only hope they will continue to be so in the future. Thanks for your interest in the company and
for your support. I hope this has been helpful.
