Never a problem. I hope you get it worked out. And even if your complaint to Gateway is successful, you're looking at several weeks before you get a copy of the CD.

So your best bet is to get the actual setup program from the URL I gave you in the last message. That should setup everything automatically.

One thing to consider, is that almost every manufacturer will try to pass the blame to the next guy. Sometimes rightly so, sometimes not. It's a very difficult industry when it comes to free product support.
