VOICE MOBILITY INTERNATIONAL INC ("VMII-L") - Files Form 10SB Registration Statement
Voice Mobility International, Inc., a leader in the development and implementation of unified messaging solutions, announced it has filed a Form 10SB. with the United States Securities Exchange Commission. The registration statement will become effective on Nov 16, 1999. On this date Voice Mobility International Inc becomes a reporting company.
In the future, all annual and quarterly reports, proxy statements, reports relating to material contracts, acquisitions, changes in control, insider trading reports and other corporate filings will be available on the Securities and Exchange Commission's electronic Edgar system.
