Name Change, Re-Domicile to Delaware, Canadian Web-Site Opened

Fedora Industries Inc. (CDNX Symbol: FED.V) announces that it has set
February 16, 2000 as the date for an Extraordinary General Meeting for
shareholders to vote on changing the name to "Airbomb.com Marketing Ltd".
Fedora has acquired 100% of the issued shares of Sportslink Direct Marketing
Ltd., which retails sporting goods through the internet via its website
located at www.airbomb.com, and also distributes its own line of private
labelled products under the "Airbomb" brand name. Fedora considers it
appropriate to change its name to "Airbomb.com Marketing Ltd." to more
accurately reflect the business in which it is now engaged.

Shareholders of Fedora will also be asked at the meeting to consider,
amongst other items, moving the domicile of the Company into the United
States. The majority of airbomb.com's sales are made in the United States
and management is of the opinion that the United States capital markets are
more favourably disposed to invest in internet-based companies. Accordingly,
Fedora proposes to "continue" from the Province of British Columbia to the
state of Delaware.

The Company also announced today that Airbomb.com has opened the largest
Canadian internet store catering to cycling enthusiasts. The shop lists
over 600 items at discount prices. "People are looking for deals on the web,
says David Houston, President. "As of today, Canadian online consumers have
a source for big savings on high-end cycle gear: airbomb.com".

The Company offers major brand names, private labelled and co-branded
products and custom in-house built items. With two years of e-tailing
experience in the tough U.S. market the company brings a wealth of expertise
to the Canadian customers.

With this new website, airbomb now has three distinct stores for generating
web traffic and revenues: airbomb.com; airbomb.com/cdn; and sunbomb.com, the
Company's recently launched e-tail store for premium sunglasses.

On behalf of the Board of Directors

"David Houston"
