Hi Brendan, I was on the conference call today -- I will listen to it again shortly. Ultratech has good technology and this is definitely an affirmation of their abilities. You could ask yourself this: Why would ASM offer an inferior product in they plan to nurture these customers on a long term basis? -- There is no question that ASM is beginning to ramp capacity -- I don't seem them becoming a major threat to the health of Ultratech though. The benefits of this relationship will appear in the second quarter so to answer your question - yes they are working together at this time. Carl INFRASTRUCTURE infras.com P.S.
