what kind of Chemicals will it take to wake this stock up? absolutely dead in the water, here. here's the article on the SEC tightening the acct /reporting standards of which MSTR was the main culprit and among 100's of other companies that scramble to comply with new SEC reporting guidelines. This includes VNTR and created the cloud that's been hanging over it till now. biz.yahoo.com talk about getting your thunder taken away! Need to see that new revised revenue/earnings statement...which won't be commented on , due to SEC enforced Quiete Period in advance of a further stock sale planned by VNTR's exec's. But they have already pre~warned, after a fashion, if they restate according to new SEC guidlines. Is there a happy ending in all this? Or just a case of Icarus and Daedelous trying to fly to close to the sun, while taking the wrong chemicals? The Market is fair it seems, and punishes with severity in most all cases, those that fail to excel up to realistic expectations...without massaging future projections into the present. Is this the case with VNTR? ...what a volatile environment this earnings season has become, with the clouds left over from the last...and some flown so far so fast.... Watching with interest what these new numbers will say...and if anything new the company can do to regenerate the former sizzle, and pull VNTR up out from under this cloud it's under... mars
