The stock - Wi-LAN - WIN on the TSE.

The companies; CIBC and Sprott.

On Feb 17th, these two companies participated in a bought-deal financing for Wi-LAN.

From Feb 20th to March 16th-

CIBC investors accumulated a further 85,232 shares

Sprott investors dumped 368,700 shares

March 17th - CIBC issued a one year price target - $200.
the shares had closed on the 16th, just above $60.

What does it all mean?

In that month, Sprott sold approximately 50 % of net shares sold. And, price dropped about $20.

Does this mean -

beware a stock in which Sprott participates in a financing?
or
watch a stock that CIBC participates in, and then accumulates?

WIN hit $86.50 on the open, Monday March 20th.
