D&B current report shows 20 employees, and rents 2000 sq. ft building which is the headquarter; has a branch in NY with 18 employees. Goodwill is listed at $9.1 million; Negative equity is about $3.5 million. No large outstanding debt. No information on the banks that this company is currently working with. However, it also shows that CVTK sells optical fibers in addition to copper wires in wire assemblies.
