Marc I looked on the wsj website and I didn't find any information about any insider scam. The only information that was available was financial info, and and stock performance. Yes, I remember reading that the company had a shareholders lawsuit against them but, tell me which high tech. company hasn't been slapped with one of these when there stock drops significantly. It is a way for the lawyers to make money, not the shareholders.
