Well, something is up here! VALH traded over 3 1/2 million shares today with no net change in price (3/32)! Current news release says that they have a new auditing company. This, replaces the one that recently quit or was fired. Press releases over the the last 30 days state that they have acquired a two million dollar brewery and a one million dollar commitment to the "Discover America InfoCenter Program." Last January they acquired a 51% stake of Mathar Integrated Systems, Inc. (a Fla. statewide managed mental health care company.) Looking at the last 30 days, today's volume is well above their norm and exceeds their peak by a million. Anyone know anything or have any ideas? Thanks, Carol
