Bless your heart, still haven't had a hot soft Krispy donut? Now sure when but heard new stores are plan to open in Oregon & Washington. I first met Krispy Kream over 30 years ago in Virginia. Would get up at 5 am on weekend just to get freshly made donuts... that was the happy days. After moving to west coast, forgot about Krispy Kreme until they opened one here last year. We probably munched at least 100 boxes since. Now that I'm getting older, glazes are too sweet for me. Sent a letter to Krispy to come up with "light donut". If they glaze with just half the sugar, that would be perfect. Life is short, come on down, I'll treat you with dozen fresh glazed donut.<g> You won't regret.
