raconteurs Never heard stock promoters called that before. LOL! Well these so-called raconteurs did move the stock to nearly $10 in the past. Of course, since then market conditions for resource stocks have changed, also Saskatchewan diamonds and gold have fallen out of favour. I have met with War Eagle management and know they are actively working to bring their current properties to the next stage of development. Part of that process includes raising funds - ergo stock promotion. At .15 cents per share it's a good spec imho. Is it going to a buck overnight? No, but there is a fairly liquid market developing which should give investors some confidence. Bud
