JDA completes evaluation process and submits for JMC (Joint Ministerial Council) approval by Dec 7-18; 2) JMC meeting for approval by December 18-31; SUCCESSFUL BID INFO MAY COME ANYTIME [Dec.18-Jan.7] UPDATE : 3) ALL Block information of ALL SUCCESSFUL BIDS and TECHNICAL DATA & PARTNERS [basically all info] are then submitted to BOTH EXXON MOBIL and ERHC [XOM has 30 days to choose 3 blocks and ERHC has 45 days to choose their 6 blocks] for their premption rights. XOM answers back by latest end January; ERHC by Mid Feb. after XOM pics
