I don't use it to trade but i use WOW and MSwin for taking my rare looks. I don't know what Bullish % index you are referring to. As for doing it yourself, not sure what you want. both work from end of day data. and you can change box size, reversal amt, open,high, low,close or high/low range in MSwin. good luck in your search.
