 Rosemonde Mandeville, M.B. Ch.B., Ph.D.
 President and Chief Executive Officer
 The creation of Biophage is the culmination of a distinguished career spanning more than 25 years in the oncology and immunology research. Dr. Mandeville received her medical degree from the University of Alexandria, Egypt and her Ph.D. from the University of Manitoba. She is the author of 60 publications and 160 communications in peer reviewed international journals, and is the author of six books.
 
 Dr. Mandeville is a recognized authority in the field of applied cancer research and immunology with special emphasis on host immunity, metastasis development and molecular biology. Dr.. Mandeville serves on the Board of Directors of Investment Quebec, Guaranty Quebec, the Armand-Frappier Foundation and the Cancer Research Society.
 
 Lucie St-Georges, CA
 Consultant, Financial Affairs
 Ms. St-Georges has an extensive experience in finance and administration in the area of high technology and biotechnology. Prior to joining Biophage in June 2001, she was Vice President, Finance and CFO of SignalGene Inc, an integrated genomics drug discovery company listed on TSX (March 1999 to June 2001) and she held the same position at BioSignal Inc., a biotechnology company specialized in R&D tools for the supply of drug discovery products and services (February 1996 to February 1999). Before joining BioSignal, she served as Director of Finance for M3i Systems Inc., a Montreal-based software company. She also held the position of Comptroller for a major Quebec construction company and spent eight years in audit with Price Waterhouse. She obtained a Bachelor of Accounting at the Université du Québec à Montréal in 1979 and has been a member of the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants since 1981.

 Mr. Bentob is the founder, Chairman & CEO of Montec Holdings Inc., a publicly traded Corporation on the TSX Venture (TSX: MTE.P). He is also the founder and President of Bentel Capital Inc., a private management consulting company. Mr. Bentob was the founder President and Chief Executive Officer of Mitec Telecom Inc from its inception until March 2002. He nurtured and grew Mitec from a start-up operation into a global business with yearly revenues of more than $100 million. In the 1990s, Mitec Telecom Inc. was selected as one of the “50 Best Managed Companies in Canada” and in 1994, Mr. Bentob was a finalist in the “The Entrepreneur of the Year” – a Canada-wide contest.
