Sunspot 1476. 2 CME's + coronal hole for May 9 & 10th. This should impact storm tracks. I expect warmer than expected in desert SW (surge of triple digits will surprise) and cooler/wetter than expected in NE. In between, major hot/cool meeting area is Texas/Oklahoma. This is wonderful news for TX/OK, since this means quasi-stationary waves of rain over a drought-plagued area.

Again, by Memorial Day, heat shifts to east coast. It'll be hot/dry for east coast, while cool air (relatively speaking) surges down into middle of country (anomalously cold west of line from Hudson Bay to Texas). Rain area will be Ohio River valley.

Maybe mother nature is showing her support of fracking by easing drought over Texas/Oklahoma and PA/WV this month.

Let's see what happens.
