no shit, these turkeys caused this stock to drop about
15 pts in the last year with thier ill concieved
purchase of a plasma business from Novo Nordisk and
defended the purchase up until the time the realized it
was going to be a hugh drain on resources and earnings.
I've had ongoing conversations with Davis and kind of
hate to see him go because I don't think he was the CFO
when the other idiots got bagged. At least we still have
an ongoing lawsuit against Upjohn which we may win. But
considering it was the outgoing mgmt that proffesed a
succesful outcome to the litigation I now have to
believe the jury is out on how metorious HMSRs case is
vs Upjohn. I hope to speak to the new team tomorrow and
will relay what I find out. Keep in mind HMSR has about
$2 in cash and a $50,000,000 three ;year agreement with
the ARCBB over 3 yrs with more to follow when ARC
contract runs out with Paul Corp in Sept. IMHO the worst
is over.
