Here one must make the distinction between a security breach that allows unauthorized access to transaction data and an actual infection via the application that is downloaded onto the client from the net. The former is a problem with any browser; the latter is a problem unique to Sun's technology. As far as I know network based systems are just as susceptible as PCs.
