All:

Thank you for the many responses I've received regarding investor positions in STNX of those of you who are active or lurking participants in this thread. Here's what my plan is.

Almost all of us are dissatisfied with the quality of information presented on the STNX threads. There is so much misinformation that the facts are almost undiscernable. Several people claim to be "insiders" or "in the know", and even their information conflicts. There are too many people with aliases that post completely opposite information. We've heard everything from a pending SEC investigation to no units shipped at all, to 500 senior FP's have units, to 5000 FP's have units, to they'll be shipping 30,000 units by January. What a nightmare. I also imagine that STNX's investor relations is getting diluged with calls.

My guess is that the quantity of shares held by people who participate or lurk on this thread is quite substantial. I wouldn't be surprised if it was in the several million range or higher. This amounts to almost 20% of the company based on current shares outstanding. Many of us are inexperienced investors and are quite jumpy in selling / buying. In other words, we're easily manipulated by MM's, and others based on news, misinformation, etc.

I'm asking for your share count so that I can get a rough tally for all people who participate actively or passively on these threads. The best way to do that is to send me an EMail, ktupper@cais.com, with your current position. This information is kept in strict confidence. I realize that some of you won't because of privacy concerns, but I'm asking you to anyway. I assure you that this information will be kept in strict confidence and that I will only use it for the purpose as described below. Please don't inflate your position. I only want real numbers.

I've heard that STNX monitors this forum closely. Once I have the tally I'm going to contact STNX's Investor Relations with the total and ask a simple request of them. That either someone from the IR department come online or that they dialog with an appointed SI forum representative to give us official corporate answers to some of the many questions. Those answers would be posted on this forum for all to see and much of the confusion will be cleared up.

Also, I think it will do wonders for the stock. I think part of the reason it's still depressed is because no one has any confidence in the information we're getting. I'm not pointing any fingers as to who's fault this is. I could care less. As I've heard said, it is what it is. Now let's see if we can clear it up. Almost all of us know that STNX is not scamming anyone. They are doing their best to get this thing cranked up in a big way. We are just a little upset of the quality of information we're getting. No one really know's what's hype and what's fact.

This is not an attempt to use our leverage or to force STNX into doing something in anyway. It's just that I believe 20% or more of the current outstanding stock is held by members of this forum. Most of their information about STNX comes from this forum and because of that and the quality (or lack thereof) of what they read, I think many of them might sell at the drop of a hat. I respect STNX's right to say they're not going to answer all of our questions, but I think it would be in their and our best interest to clear up a lot of the misinformation / conflicting information.

So with all of the above said, I ask you to drop me an email with your share count. If you've already responded, please don't respond again as I don't want to count you twice.

Respectfully,

Kevin M. Tupper
