Not sure what the percentage drop from 1 3/4 to 1 3/8 is, but it is not the right direction. I come up with a market cap of just over 15 million - With the incredible pipeline of drug candidates that will need CRO's, why doesn't someone buy this company?

What is their transgenic business alone worth?
