In any event, even if we assume that their COGS contains another write off of $3 MM, (strange way to account for write offs, since strockholders would be less concerned if such non recurring expenses were shown as what they are), they still will not exceed the industry's better costing of 50%. At this level their break even will not occur until the 4th quarter. Between here and there $2/share is definitely a possibility. By the way, what is the most recent short interest on this one?

Another small detail, in the last week Robert Henry has not asked either you nor I to leave the thread, neither were we accused of having "Special Agendas". I hope we are not blamed for the actual lack of performance of TRKN just because we read correctly the balance sheet last November. I also hope that few people listened and either did not get in the stock on its hype to 16 or even got out when the opportunity was presented. After all, the reason for my warning posts last November was to let people on the thread know of the potential dangers involved when doing a "long distance" acquisition of a company much larger than your own, and particulalry when Dawson was cashing in most of his chips.
