I talked with the cfo on monday and they are getting ready to announce a special stockholders meeting i believe next week . This is in regards to the authorization of 20 mill in perferred stock which would be non dilutive to the common.Ithink they are very close to landing some major deals and need the capitol to fund them.HE kept reiterating the fact that he was very optimistic about some things in the 4th quater . The anouncement is in the hands of the SEC review board now and could be made as early as next week.I think the stock goes to 3 plus on that anouncement. Because they will discuss what they are authorizing the shares for.
