Now I am confused:

1.) Stock was trading on Nasdaq NMS as CTRN.

2.) After financial reporting problem disclosed, Nasdaq gives them the "E" at the end of their ticker symbol. (Standard procedure.)

3.) Now I see they are listed, although I don't know if they are actually trading, on the Nasdaq Bulletin Board under the symbol CTRN.

Can anyone shed light on this. Can a company that has been suspended on the NMS trade on the bulletin board?
