re: Forest City Good morning Paul. I am a big fan of the company. The stock has really taken it on the chin in recent weeks with the dip below $30. They are building a significant community in Denver (Stapleton development: it will be renamed due to Stapleton being called a racist for his past actions and affiliations -- years ago). Long Leaf management told me personally their admiration of FCEA management. Marty Whitman is a big fan as well. I've focused upon CDX, FCEA, TRC, and JOE. As you know, these stocks move very little. But my belief is that the underlying value is there and a catalyst is what will eventually move the stocks in a significant way.
