"Native Jave that is. It won't"... oh boy, here we go again. Jim, you've no idea what you are talking about. You don't know what ActiveX or COM are, let alone Java. You can try to play the 'pure Java' spin for the rest of the year, but customers won't be tricked or locked into your lies.

IE3 will run plain old boring Java applets smoother and faster than Nav 3. In a matter of weeks. That was the easy part. From there customers will start experimenting with ActiveX on the Mac or Windows (doesn't matter which) and realize the power of the language when it can play with other objects from other languages.

Heck, even Sun realizes the power of our architecture now, and has decided to clone it with Java Beans.
