Kendall is just around the corner from Coral Gables, and Lake Worth is a little south of WPB. Slightly off-topic: Lake Worth has decent reef diving about 400 yards offshore (60'-75'). Last July my daughter and I swam with a small school (six) of sea turtles. Beautiful creatures. Incredible grace. It was her open-water check-out dive; couldn't have planned it any better. Well, maybe I would have planned those 8 foot seas a bit differently. Then again, I always love watching those "tough guys" who never get sea-sick, well, you know what happened...<g>...
