Leo, my point was a simple one. VSGN is at the start of its life as a traded stock, CNTR is (I believe) very close to the end of its life as a standalone traded stock.
With VSGN, investors will be weighing up some long-term issues relevant to a relatively fresh piece of technological turf. They will probably concern themselves with such matters as the speed with which VSGN's technology will be adopted, the speed with which competitors can enter their market, the barriers to entry, the eventual total size of the ORB and ORB-related market, VSGN's likely share of this market and so forth.
My reason for saying CNTR is a "blind bet" was that it is totally unclear to me what they see their future to be, apart from selling some goodish (but hardly unique) web tools. Until they (and therefore we) can state clearly what their technology is and which market it fits into, we cannot address any of the fundamentals such as those above.
And it's always good to see a bet come off! I hope you were flush with cheap stock!!
