another win CSC Wins Contract for Air Force Technical Support FALLS CHURCH, Va., July 27 /PRNewswire/ -- Computer Sciences Corporation (NYSE: CSC - news) today announced that it is one of three companies that have been awarded a contract by the Air Force Space and Missile Systems Center (SMC) to provide technical and management support to the Developmental Planning Directorate in El Segundo, Calif. The total value of the indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity contract to all three firms is $495 million if all options are exercised over a five-year period.
CSC, along with other members of the Engineering, Analysis, Design and Development (EADD-II) team, will provide an array of services to the SMC including developmental engineering, systems engineering, systems integration, modeling, simulation and analysis, and acquisition security.

Work will be performed by CSC's Aerospace Information Technologies business unit (part of CSC's Federal Sector business unit), and will involve approximately 150 engineers and programmers in support of the contract in El Segundo; Newport Beach, Calif.; Colorado Springs, Colo.; Albuquerque, N.M. and in the Washington, D.C., area.
