Soumen, re Clinton testifies tomorrow. I hope he comes out swinging.

I think that is what he is going to do, according to a Presidential advisor speaking on condition of anonymity, as quoted in a newswire report. The President is going to admit he's been a swinger; i.e. he had sexual relations with someone other than his wedded spouse Hillary. He's "coming out", as opposed to the adamant denial before. So you could say he's "coming out swinging".

"This whole charade" as you call it, is "run by" the US Justice Dept, headed by Clinton appointee U.S. Attorney General Janet Reno. If it wasn't Ken Starr it would be some other law officer. Here in the US the system holds people accountable, no matter how "popular" they are.

A United States court isn't a popularity contest like it might be in a third world country run by a tin-horn dictator.

If you admire the manner in which William Jefferson Blythe Clinton has baldly lied under oath to a US Court judge and then baldly lied to the American people on a major TV network show, then go ahead and admire him. I think Bill Clinton has played the part of the fool during this whole mess, starting with his adulterous affairl, continuing with lying under oath to a Federal judge, and then compounding his idiocy by lying to the American people.
