I think they will affirm the monopoly finding and their only disagreement will be in the remedies area

I agree that this is a complex case but there is a small possibility that the Court of Appeals will wish to revisit that part of Judge Jackson's decision where he explained that his own Court of Appeals was misinterpreting the controlling authorities.
