From what I see the chances of loosing your investment will be much higher if ITE is taken over.

Its total suposition on my part. I think ITE has been looking at private companies for the last year with the view of buying one out. Private companies do not lend their books out to anyone. To get interest ITE would have to make some sort of presentation to a company. If the private company is interested it will hand over the books to ITE. To date ITE has not found a company it can get a good deal with.

I think what happened was that ITE looked at a company, did not like what they saw and walked away. The private company looked at ITE's cash and went after a controling position. So far they have not got it. If the private company does take over they will strip ITE and leave us with squat.

I have been here before. Beleive it ,there are companys out there who do nothing but buy up other companies and strip them . They do this by selling moose pasture or charging large consulting and legal fees. There are lots of legal ways to pay yourself, while stripping the treasury, and remain untouchable.
